Breach of Terms and Conditions of Use
If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions of Use, we may suspend, terminate or limit your access to Trustwater™. If we choose not to do this, it does not mean we waive our right to act with respect to future or similar breaches. We sincerely hope this does not occur and that you continue to receive the full benefit of the services offered by Trustwater™. 3.) Use Trustwater™ to send unsolicited and unwanted electronic mail messages (spam) to anyone or make any fraudulent or speculative inquiries, bookings, reservations or requests using Trustwater™.

4.) Use another/s name, user name or password without permission.

5.) Post, or transmit to or via Trustwater™, any obscene, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material, or material that could give rise to civil or criminal proceedings.

6.) Tamper with, hinder the operation of, or make unauthorized modifications to Trustwater™.

7.) Knowingly transmit any virus or other disabling feature to Trustwater™.

Our Reserved Rights
In addition to our reserved rights to reject, refuse and remove your member account for any reason and at any time.

It is important all users understand that third party products, services and information are not provided or endorsed by us and your legal relationship is with the third party supplier.

Fees and taxes

From time to time, we may undertake promotions and make special offers. All Promotions are offered subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or altered at our discretion. The terms and conditions of a Promotion will override these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
